Oil & Gas
wellsite recoveries.

Tubulars, downhole tooling, wellhead components and workshop drops. Assayed on arrival, segregated by alloy, and settled against the grade rather than a blanket tonnage rate.

Why work with us

Four commitments. Every job.

One skip of workshop drops or a full wellsite demobilisation – the commitments are identical.

Weighed
Every load

NMI-certified 60t weighbridge. Photographed and ticketed before sort.

Assayed
Every batch

XRF on the carbide and high-nickel fraction, PMI on stainless and duplex.

One signed PDF per consignment - weights, alloy split, downstream destination.

What comes off a wellsite

Downhole steel is rarely
just steel.

Wellsite recoveries arrive as a mix: carbon steel tubulars alongside high-nickel wellhead trim, carbide-faced tooling and the occasional titanium component. Sold as one line, the whole load prices at the cheapest item in it. We break the consignment down by alloy family before anything is weighed, so the high-value fraction is paid for as what it is.

Wellsite · WA-wide
ESG & responsible sourcing

Wellsite steel that counts on your report.

Wellsite scrap is mostly alloy steel with a high-value nickel and carbide fraction sitting inside it. Every tonne we recover displaces primary production, stays in the Australian supply chain, and shows up as a real recovery figure on your Scope 3 disclosure.

~70%
Less embedded CO₂
Recycled alloy steel carries a fraction of the embedded carbon of the ore-to-furnace route - the largest single lever on a demobilisation's footprint.
vs. virgin material extraction
100%
WA-sourced & traceable
Every kilo we handle is sourced from Australian end-of-life tubulars, tooling and plant. No conflict-mineral exposure on the carbide fraction, no gap in your due-diligence chain.
OECD Due Diligence aligned

Cradle-to-gate, indicative ranges from secondary & primary steel LCA studies.
Primary steel iron ore, BF/BOF route

Numbers vary by ore grade, furnace route and electricity mix – cite your own LCA in formal reports. We provide tonnages and downstream destination on every traceability PDF.

Our Process

How It Works

From the moment a consignment leaves your lease or workshop, every step is built around alloy segregation, traceability, and fast payment.

Materials Received

Photos and tonnage in, indicative rate back in four hours. Bins and sealed containers dropped to the wellsite or workshop, then hauled to our Malaga yard.

Inspect & Assay

XRF on the high-nickel and carbide fraction, PMI on stainless and duplex. Alloy families split before anything is weighed.

Weigh & Log

Each alloy family weighed as its own line on a 60-tonne NMI-certified weighbridge, photographed and ticketed against your reference.

Payment Sent

EFT within 48 hours of you signing the assay, with the full alloy breakdown and downstream destination attached.

4 hours
to an indicative rate

Send photos and an approximate tonnage and you get an indicative rate back the same shift. Every consignment is booked in against your own reference so the paperwork matches your demobilisation records.

  • Indicative rate inside four hours
  • Bins and sealed containers to site
  • Booked in under your reference
100%
of consignments assayed

A wellsite load is rarely one alloy. We identify and separate carbon steel tubulars, high-nickel wellhead trim, carbide-faced tooling and duplex flowline so the high-value fraction is paid for as what it is, not at the load's cheapest rate.

  • Niton XRF on carbide and high-nickel
  • PMI on stainless and duplex
  • Alloy families split before weighing
60T
NMI-certified weighbridge

Every alloy family crosses the weighbridge as its own line rather than as one consignment weight. You get a breakdown by weight, alloy and grade, ready for internal audit and ESG reporting.

  • Third-party calibration certificates on file
  • Itemised weight and alloy reports
  • Photographed and ticketed before sort
48 hours
from sign-off to EFT

Once the assay is signed, payment goes out by EFT within two business days. The traceability PDF lands with the funds - weighbridge tickets, alloy split, downstream destination.

  • EFT, no chasing invoices
  • Full alloy breakdown attached
  • Downstream destination disclosed
