Grade 2 and Grade 5 sheet, plate, bar, offcuts and turnings. Segregated by grade, kept dry and uncontaminated, and moved to a downstream that pays for aerospace-quality feedstock.
Why segregation pays
Titanium loses its value
the moment it gets mixed.
Commercially pure Grade 2 and Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 are two different markets. Blend them, let the turnings pick up coolant and steel fines, and the whole consignment drops to the lowest common denominator. We keep grades apart from the first touch, run turnings through a dedicated dry-handling line, and quote each lot on its own merit.

Grade 2 commercially pure sheet, plate and bar.
Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V offcuts and machined components.
Clean, dry turnings and swarf, drummed or baled.
Aerospace and medical drops with paperwork.
Heat-exchanger tube bundles and plate packs.
Mixed-grade lots - we sort and price them separately.
We don't take
Turnings soaked in coolant or cutting oil.
Loads with embedded steel, carbide or tramp metal.
Anodised or painted material sold as clean grade.
Components still fitted with non-titanium fasteners.
The process
Four steps. One yard.
- 01 / Step Materials Received Photos and tonnage in, indicative rate back in four hours. Drums supplied for turnings so they arrive dry.
- 02 / Step Grade Verification XRF confirms Grade 2 against Grade 5 before anything is combined. Alloy content recorded against your reference.
- 03 / Step Weigh & Log Each grade weighed as a separate line, photographed and ticketed on a 60-tonne NMI-certified weighbridge.
- 04 / Step Payment Sent EFT within 48 hours of sign-off, with weighbridge dockets and grade results attached.
